Returns & Exchanges

At Mephisto Shoes Northwest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear doesn't provide the perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn shoes back in their original Mephisto box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to ensure the product remains in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
